01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

Step inside Sui coffee roastery and you are greeted by the warm aroma of freshly roasted beans. This neighborhood roastery stand offers a calm setting for sampling carefully prepared coffee alongside sweet treats. For pour-overs, the selection spans house blends—such as the medium-roast Sui Sukkiri Blend and the Kohaku no Hana Warito Oudo Blend—alongside single-origin beans chosen to showcase regional character and tailored roast profiles, from a fruity light-roast Ethiopia to a deep dark-roast Indonesia Mandheling. Each cup is brewed for a clean, translucent mouthfeel while letting the innate flavors of the coffee shine through, making it easy to find a profile suited to your mood.

Potent Espresso and Creative Milk Drinks

Beyond filter coffee, the stand features its signature Mameitta, an intensely concentrated espresso extraction. From silky-textured cafe lattes to flavored variations like vanilla and caramel, or a cream-topped Cream Vanilla Latte, there is a generous roster of drinks balancing espresso bitterness with smooth sweetness. Lattes can also be customized with decaffeinated beans or rice milk, catering to different preferences.

Coffee-Infused Sweets and Takeaway Beans

The sweet offerings are crafted with coffee in mind. Highlights include an affogato poured over rich ice cream, a rich drinkable coffee jelly enjoyed through a straw, and a classic firm custard pudding whose satisfying texture complements the bitter notes of the coffee. Drinks, desserts, and bags of house-roasted beans are available to enjoy at the counter or to take away, making the roastery an easy pause during a neighborhood stroll.
